Hi There!
I have created this page for those looking to allow more joy into their lives. I believe joy is our natural state of being. We enter the world in joy and we are inspired by those that are thriving by allowing this abundant flow of life energy into their lives. This is one of my favorite subjects… and from my experience this is the foundation of everything… success is not measured by the quantity of stuff or money… but rather by the quality, authenticity, presence and joy you allow to flow into your experience.
Life is not a random series of events but rather a direct response to our energy. What you bring your focus to is what you attract into your life… good or bad. In fact there are no accidents and it is no coincidence you are reading and receiving this information.
In a solar energy forum for Citizenre, I was asked to share some sources of inspiration. In my humble experience there are so many avenues and paths to take, any of which can be “the one” for you. So many people with passion and joy have found resonance with an aspect of life or religion where they feel connected to the source that flows through them. It is in the heart of every religion and in the spark of our desires for what we want in life. It is not so important what we call it… God, Christ, Buddha, Krishna, Source, Energy, etc. What is important is how we feel and are inspired by the energy those words represent to us.

I have studied many different sources of information and have come to a simple conclusion… the more I learn the more I find out how much I do not know. The more I remember who I am and trust in this guidance the more joy and ease is allowed into my life. What a wonderful dance we each have!
I feel that any body of information that promotes joy and compassion in a way that provides unity rather than exclusion, has graduated to my list of worthy reading. We are all connected to the same family of this wonder-filled planet!!!
